We ask for your personal information when you add you fill out your information in our contact box (name & e-mail). When purchasing or signing up for a service, mandatory information is clearly marked on the form. Other information in connection with the purchase or subscription to a service is voluntary.

3.2. For how long do we store personal information.

If you have given your consent to the use of your information for marketing purposes, your information will be stored no more than three years after the service has been unsubscribed.

3.3. What do we use personal information for?

The personal information we collect about you is used to be able to contact you, after you have send us an inquiry.

The information will not be provided to third parties.

Keep in mind that any information you provide – including personally identifiable information – in a public forum such as an online debate is not covered by this privacy policy and may be seen by third parties who have nothing to do with Mekan I/S. However, we cannot guarantee security for data transfers over the Internet. This means that there is a risk that other unauthorized people gain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. Please be aware that you provide your personal information at your sole discretion.

3.6. Changes in handling of personal data

The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and modify our Privacy Policy. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites or by mail.
